I just (October 2022) ordered a new pod, and it arrived Saturday. I spent 5 hours trying to connect and went through all of the trouble shooting exercises I found on-line (all the way to setting up manually, confirming Bridge Mode is not enabled, restarting gateway, trying pod in multiple plugs/sockets and distances from Gateway, etc.). No luck.
